Welcome to ESL Made Easy!
I've been
a passionate Canadian ESL teacher for over 20 years (private and classroom) and have
seen just how much the ESL field has grown and evolved over the years. I was
lucky to have had the first ten years of teaching experience in Central
America, and then to have come back to work as a certified ESL/LINC (CLB 1-8)
instructor to newcomers in Canada. I am currently a lead PBLA teacher at the Centre for Skills Development and Training and enjoy presenting at the TESL Ontario Conference held in Toronto every year. I also owned and operated a private tutoring
business for elementary school children as well as for adult ESL learners in the Oakville area.
Thank you to all the enthusiastic contributors (whether they know it or not!) and ESL educators out there who make Tools & Tips for 1 on 1 and Classroom Teaching a site worth visiting!
Happy Teaching!

As ESL
educators in this day and age, we are surrounded with useful, informative and compelling resources available at our fingertips! And so the goal of
this site is to seek out and share these resources, experiences, and tidbits
that I believe are invaluable in today's classroom as well as for those working
one on one with students.
Here's a little of what I do at The Centre for Skills Development and Training
in Burlington, Ontario.
Thank you to all the enthusiastic contributors (whether they know it or not!) and ESL educators out there who make Tools & Tips for 1 on 1 and Classroom Teaching a site worth visiting!
Happy Teaching!
Feel free to send me any link or resource to carolyncf2017@gmail.com so that we can continue to be part
of this exciting and ever growing field of English language teaching!

Good morning,
ReplyDeleteI don't know if this site is being maintained any more or if the updates are just recycles of previous years. However, I was looking at your Remembrance Day resources and wanted to let you know that some of the links no longer work. I emailed the contact address, but it has come back as undeliverable.
Is there anyone who maintains the site? Can I send them an email with the things that need to be updated/removed?
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
My email (short one) is mary.mexislumsden@tdsb.on.ca
